Nutty Dates Laddoo (Laddu)

After going through a long, hectic week, I craved for sweet to relish my mood. I'm not one for high sugars and had to come up with ideas to incorporate natural sugars in my diet.

Here is my recipe for a very quick for a quick, tasty, healthy laddoo (laddu).

                                                **** Nutty Dates Laddoo (Laddu) *****

Prep time: 2 min
Cook time: 3 min

Ingredients:
  • Pitted Dates
  • Almonds
  • Cashews
  • Pistachios
  • Ghee
  • Shredded Coconut
Let's go!
  • In a pan add ghee, almonds, pistachios and cashews.
  • Toss and coat them well with ghee.
  • Add pitted dates once you turn off the stove and toss for one more minute.
  • Put everything into the blender and blend it well.
  • Round them into balls and coat it with shredded coconut.

Bet you can't stop with one 😀
